Sentirsi Casa

“Sentirsi Casa” (Feeling Home) stems from the meeting of five artists and friends who, through their personal and poetic visual languages, explore the concept of home: a space both real and symbolic, a domain of intimacy, memory, hospitality, and identity.

This project is a collaboration between two cultural organizations based in Monza: Associazione Uroburo and APS Proiezione180, united by a shared desire to create opportunities for meeting, dialogue, and community through art.

On Feeling Home (Sentirsi Casa)
For a long time, home was merely a geographical coordinate for me. Through time and distance, however, its definition shifted: home is no longer an inheritance accepted out of habit, but an internal process of questioning and redrawing boundaries.

In this series of five works, by retaining the archetype of the house as a constant visual anchor, I sought to construct my personal understanding of home around it. Together, these pieces form a layered narrative on memory, rootedness, and spatial identity.
